Screening option

I accept any 1 of 3 screening options:

1. Government issued ID, this includes Drivers License, Passport, Or BC ID. I require your full name and birthdate, and a piece of paper with the date written on it present in the photo. 

2. A LinkedIn profile or company website with your name and a photo of you, the email you use must match that of the one on the site. 

3. A provider reference, ensure the provider has consented to this reference prior to submitting. When asking for a reference a small tip sent to the provider is customary.
